Crisis Resolution & Labor Strategy

Countering Corporate Campaigns

In recent years organized labor has turned increasingly to using what they refer to as "Public Awareness Campaigns" or Corporate Campaigns as a means to pressure organizations in healthcare and other industries into signing agreements (i.e. neutrality agreements, code of conduct agreements, etc.) which facilitate union organizing. Regardless of how you define Corporate Campaigns, in the coming years employers may find themselves faced with having to deal with union led Corporate Campaigns.

In order to prepare clients for a union-led, negative public image or Corporate Campaign, Chessboard Consulting offers a Corporate Campaign Readiness Assessment. Our Assessment employs a proven methodology which evaluates all of the key areas of potential client vulnerability (i.e. charity care, billing and collection practices, relationships with key stakeholders, community involvement, etc.). Once completed, Chessboard provides Assessment results in a detailed report that contains specific recommendations for preventing a union from damaging your organization's reputation with key stakeholders.
